Searching for a new member for her stage team, Madonna was situated at New York City's Roseland Ballroom for the Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project dance competition on Saturday night (November 12).

The Material Girl was joined by choreographers Rich & Tone and Shay Normann, as well as daughter Lourdes Leon, as the group watched the ten finalists compete for a chance to tour with Madge.

In the end, 53-year-old Madonna ended up crowning Memphis, Tennessee native Lil Buck as the big winner - after while she shared a dance with her new touring crew member.

Talking about the selection, the "Like a Prayer" singer dished, “”The Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project has uncovered amazing dance talent from all over the world, but Lil’ Buck was the best of all."
